The replacement pads are actual Sennheiser replacement parts. The shipping was fast from the vendor. Saved a ton of money on a replacement headset. This review is from: Replacement Ear pads SENNHEISER PC350 PXC350 HD380 Pro HMEC250 HME95 Ear cushion (Electronics) Amazing difference in sound and noise canceling after installing (PC350). Only thing lacking was instructions, though it's simple enough to not take away a star. For those wondering, it's not like it takes a lot to figure out how to install, but you do have to press them fairly hard to snap them into place. Hard enough to make you second guess yourself and pressing in the top or bottom first makes a noticeable difference in how easy it is to install vs trying to push the entire piece in.
